Description
- Payment Model UN Conference - Dates: Friday 1/10 to Sunday 1/12 - Payment includes a two nights' stay at the Hershey Lodge (325 University Dr, Hershey, PA), Model UN registration fees, all meals except for during the trip to and from Hershey, and all transportation - Students will leave Devon Prep on Friday 1/10 at 9 AM, therefore missing classes after 1st period on that day - They will travel in a Devon Prep bus - They will return early afternoon on Sunday 1/12; exact time TBD - Dress code: normal DP dress code during the day, casual during evenings - Spending money: bring cash for snacks, meals during the bus rides, etc. - Any daily medications should be submitted to the nurse by Tuesday, 1/7
