Description

Strength and Conditioning Training: - Sessions will take place every Tuesday and Thursday for 8 weeks. - Timing: 3:00 pm to 4:30 pm, except for Wednesdays, which will be from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm. - The focus will be on power and aerobic development specific to soccer. - The objectives: Improve maximum strength, power, force, agility, speed, and quickness while meeting the demands of the sport, particularly targeting fast-twitch muscle fibers. -Th approach: Creating a better sport-specific athlete through tailored fitness and training regimens. Soccer Skills Practice and Open Play: - Soccer skills practice will be held every Wednesday from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm. - Open play sessions are scheduled for Fridays, allowing you to refine your skills in a relaxed setting. Summer League: - Our summer league will kick off in June, allowing us to stay sharp while we get ready to ramp up in August. Cost: - The cost for the entire program is $375 per participant.

- The cost for starting after spring sport end for the season is $225 per participant
